About our company

ATC Property Maintenance Ltd were established in 2003 and then became limited in 2010, we provide a fully comprehensive one stop solution for all your property refurbishment and maintenance requirements all at a very competitive price both in commercial and public sectors.

Our dedicated team respond quickly and efficiently to your needs, we provide a flexible and professional service whether you require our help with small jobs through to large scale projects or something in between.

We will work with the client to minimise disruption to services through careful planning whilst getting to know your business needs and how you operate to ensure that you get what you are expecting.

 

Our commitment to what we do for our clients has helped us build a good reputation, ensuring we can continue to be there for our client needs while expanding the company.

 

Our clients include NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Group, GP’s, Health Clinics, Councils as well as the commercial sector. Projects and works have been carried out in hospitals, GP Surgeries, hotels, offices and houses. Some clients having specific needs like, anti-ligature, fire risk assessment remedial works , HBN’s, HTM’s requirements, these are things we can also assist and support you with.

Following the recent formation of our voice and data solutions division in 2018, our scope broadened enabling us to now provide in house engineers specialising in the maintenance and installation of telephone systems and IT infrastructure. The new division, under the leadership of Richard "Jim" Johnston formerly of H & H Communications, has in its first year already negotiated and signed contracts with multiple locations to provide year round maintenance to their telephone systems, both on newly fitted and pre-existing systems.
